Cinema 22” Display 2002-Apple -Acrylic stand TO 2011-Mac Book Pro –Mini port

Problem - - - 2011-Mac Book Pro TO 2002-Apple 22” Cinema Display-Acrylic stand and has a ADCconnector.

I have Dr Bott’s $150 DVlator, purchased October 2002 for my2002-Apple $2,500 22” Cinema Display, which has a ADC connector.

Have used both for years with my 2006-Mac Power Book withits DVI output connector

Just purchased a new 2011-Mac Book Pro which has the “MiniPort Display” output. Along with my purchase I got Apple’s $29, MB570 Z/A, MiniDisplay Port to DVI adapter

I connect from my computer FROM> Apple’s $29, MB570 Z/A, Mini DisplayPort to DVI adapter TO> Dr Bott DVI-ADC Adapter TO> 2002-Apple CinemaDisplay connector

The 2002-AppleCinema Display does not display anything.

When I connect my 2006-Mac Power Book to the 2002-Apple 22” CinemaDisplay the screen displays just fine

How can I get 2002-Apple 22” Cinema Display to work with 2011-Mac Book Pro?
